Welcome Home

East/Northeast Houston

Humble

Young families, retirees, single professionals, and folks of all ages and activity levels can find the perfect home in Humble. Nestled on either side of Eastex Freeway, Downtown Houston, as well as plenty of other hip and exciting neighborhoods can be reached within a short trip from Humble homes.

With more than 140 retail stores and restaurants, Deerbrook Mall, located in the heart of Humble, is one of Houston’s most popular shopping centers. The neighborhood’s many golf courses and parks keep Humble looking lush and beautiful, while also providing locals with many opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Atascocita

Nestled along the shores of Lake Houston, Atascocita is one of the city’s top-rated suburban areas, with a distinct sense of charm and a personality all its own. The neighborhood’s location is primed for easy access to hip Houston areas, such as Downtown and the Inner Loop.

Avid golfers will appreciate the close proximity to some of Houston’s best public and private courses in nearby Humble and Kingwood.

Families can trust that Atascocita’s public schools are some of the best in all of North Houston.

Kingwood

Kingwood is often called “The Livable Forest,” and for good reason—the neighborhood is full of tall, healthy trees and lush greenery, providing its residents with a desirable sense of privacy and removal without sacrificing easy access to everything Houston has to offer.

Kingwood is Harris County’s biggest master-planned neighborhood and is commonly referred to as one of Houston’s most sought-after suburbs for its affordability, its short commute time to Downtown, and the many excellent amenities its residents have at their fingertips.

Crosby

Crosby is considered to be an extremely desirable neighborhood in Houston for many reasons. One of these is the sheer variety of housing options that new residents can explore.

Whether you’re in the market for a custom estate on a large lot, a quaint single-family home, or something in between, you’ll find your perfect match in Crosby. The neighborhood is ideal for older families who love their privacy and enjoy a scenic and sequestered community, while still being able to access the city’s many amenities with just a short drive.

Lake Houston

Lake Houston is an insular community nestled roughly 30 minutes from central Houston. Though the neighborhood enjoys a sense of removal from the hustle and bustle of Downtown, residents can still access everything they could need or want within a short trip along I-69 or Beltway 8.

Families love Lake Houston for the great local public schools, as well as its many opportunities for fun in the great outdoors. Some of these include boating and fishing on the lake, renting a kayak or canoe, or hiking around the scenic natural area.
